The Rochester MasterPlan is a template to guide evolution of our town. It sets objectives for development, town services and government.
A MasterPlan Steering Committee has assembled a DRAFT of a new MasterPlan to replace the last plan which is dated 2000. Many residents spent countless hours and personal resources to research ideas, consider options and assemble text. The list of contributors is included by clicking on the Contributor Masterlist section of the Table of Contents at the left. We extend thanks to each contributor for excellent input.
The Steering Committee invites commentary and suggestions in any form. A visit to Randall Kunz, the Town Planner, at the Town Hall Annex is always welcome, but e-mails to rkunz@townofrochester.com and phone calls to Randall at 508-763-5421, Ext 42, will also be effective. Alternatively, use the questionnaire form at the end of the Land Use section.
