ROCHESTER CROSSROADS 40R PROPOSAL
Developer Steen Realty and Development Corporation has proposed a 40R Smart Growth Overlay District to be located at the intersection of Rt. 58 and Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28) on the Rochester/Wareham town line.
The Town of Rochester currently does not meet its affordable housing requirements. This proposed 40R District would help the town meet its requirements along with other beneficial incentives.
As this is still in the development stage, other information will be made available to the public as the process unfolds.
