The Tax Collector will be out from February 8th Thru February15th tax payments will be accepted at the Town Hall in the Select Board Office during this time

The Tax Collector is available Monday through Friday at 11:00 am to process the daily mail and answer all emails and messages and Monday afternoon from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If I do not answer the phone, leave a message or e-mail and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.  Thank You

Fy 2024 Real Estate & Personal Property tax bills were mailed

October 18, 2023 and are Due November 30, 2023 

The second half payment is due May 1, 2024

If paying by personal online banking, allow sufficient time for the bank to generate a check and mail it to the Town. Please supply sufficient information on check identifying which bill should be credited.(bill # if possible)   ONLINE BILL PAY; townofrochestermass.com  click online payments then tax collector

For MLC Certificates, please include:   
    • Check for $50.00 - made out to the Town of
        Rochester   
    • Owner's name, plan & lot numbers & address  
    • A stamped, self-addressed envelope
